All UK Mainland + Isle of Wight purchases sent using Royal Mail Second Class recorded mail unless otherwise stated. In the event that the purchased item is delivered direct to you via the warehouse in Germany, delivery can take upto 7 working days. We endeavour to dispatch orders received before 11am on the same working date. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day due to courier processing deadlines.
Express 24/48hr delivery available on selected items which the buyer will be made aware of at the time.
* Please also note during December, there may be a 24hr delay due to the volume that goes through the couriers, therefore the 48hr service becomes a 72hr service (working days) *

Items under a value of £100 are subject to a postage charge of £6.00 per item for Royal Mail Second Class recorded mail (excluding Highlands & Islands – contact us for more detail) or at Standard Delivery rate of £4.95 using First Class Royal Mail only and ONLY recommended for small value items.
Items over a value of £100 receive FREE postage using the standard second class mail by Royal Mail.

Due to the high value nature of our products we only offer this service as it safeguards both the sender and the recipient.
All transactions will be carried out in pounds sterling (GBP). Once you have placed your order confirmation will be sent to you via email complete with transaction details and an order reference number.
We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunctions or human error.
Upon dispatch of your order an email will be sent notifying you of the goods dispatched and any appropriate carrier details. On the rare occasion that an item ordered is later found to be out of stock Norfolk Paddle Co will notify you as soon as possible and verify if an exchange is required or alternatively a refund.
We guarantee to refund or exchange any NON-SALE item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in unused saleable condition and accompanied by a valid receipt as proof of purchase within 14 days of purchasing. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on swimwear/wetsuits if the hygiene seal has been removed. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags attached, along with your order reference number. Soiled goods (dirty, smelling of smoke etc) will not be refunded. Sale items can not be refunded but may be exchanged as per the standard 14 days returns policy as detailed above.
Pre-booked lessons, rental & corporate events are non-refundable if cancelled by the individual. If due to adverse weather conditions or circumstances out of our control, we reserve the right to postpone the session until a suitable date. The session will be honoured at a time and date agreed by both parties at no extra cost to the buyer.
We endeavour to double-check every order before being packaged. However, if there should prove to be a fault or error with an item delivered then Norfolk Paddle Co Ltd will compensate you fully, and we will arrange for free postage of the item to be returned.
When returning an item we need your order reference number, details of the item you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for return inside the package. You must also include a note of whether you require a refund or exchange (and if so, which item you require in exchange).
You are responsible for return/exchange postage costs. For your own protection we advise you to return any items via an insured method of delivery, which requires a signature. Norfolk Paddle Co are not responsible for items that are not received.
Upon receiving the returned item we will process either the exchange or the refund. For UK orders exchange items are shipped by our Standard Free postage method and therefore take up to five working days to arrive from the date of dispatch.
In the case of a refund the credit/debit card used for the transaction will be credited, and no other. The customer will be notified of their returns status at this time by way of an email.
Please note refunds may take up to THREE working days to clear our accounts.
